We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 


🔁 Returns

 

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return:

         Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

         Returns must be shipped back via mail to the address provided after contacting                         our support team.

         Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

         No restocking fees will be charged.

 


📝 Return Instructions:

 

To start a return, please contact us at 📧 contact@artsichicboutique.store with your order number and reason for the return.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions. You will need to provide your own return label.

             


💸 Refunds:

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

           We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

           Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your                                     original payment method.

           Cross-border transfers may take an additional 1–2 days to reflect, depending                           on your payment provider.

 


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items:

 

If your item arrives damaged, is missing parts, or is incorrect:

          Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

          Provide photo evidence of the issue.

          You’ll be offered a replacement or full refund (your choice).
