Shipping Destinations: Artsi Chic Boutique ships to addresses within the United States and internationally.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Orders: Duties & Taxes (France and Spain)
For our customers in France and Spain, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible:

No surprises at delivery – all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
Transparent pricing – you’ll see the total cost (including duties and taxes) before you complete your purchase.
Faster delivery – no delays at customs because all paperwork and payments are handled upfront.

If you are shopping from other countries, please note that duties and taxes may vary. All other international customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes imposed during or after shipping.

Order Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Orders Delayed:

  • Orders lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or expired 60 days after departure from the warehouse are eligible for dispute.
  • Orders shipped to the USA can be disputed after 45 days.
  • Orders to Brazil can be disputed after 110 days due to customs clearance.
  • Special shipping methods may have different timelines.

Incorrect or Missing Products:

  • Full refund or replacement for incorrect products.
  • Refund or resend for products with wrong color, size, or missing parts affecting function.

Products Damaged:

·         Full refund or replacement for packages that arrive badly damaged.

·         Partial refund or replacement for packages partially damaged. (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.)

Please reach out to the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged products before proceeding. To facilitate the processing of your claim, provide us with photos of the damaged items.

Shipping Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is shipped.

Orders not Received:

  • We will not refund or resend if tracking shows the order has been delivered.
  • If packages are unclaimed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses, refused no safe delivery, and unknown recipient.
  • Customers must contact local post offices.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team for assistance with order cancellations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Artsi Chic Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy:

  • Products can be returned, but it is not recommended due to high international shipping costs and potential damage during return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving products.
